Here at East Australia Coffee Company we want to get our amazing product out there to you the coffee lover. We ship our coffee all over the world thanks to the services of Australia Post. We take utmost care to make sure the coffee arrives as quickly and safely as possible to maintain the last minute roasting freshness.

All postage rates are calculated in real time using the Australia Post calculation plug-in to our website and postage is calculated on the weight and dimensions of each package based on your location and postcode. You can check the postage price prior to committing to buy in the Cart Checkout page (Look for the ESTIMATE SHIPPING button).

Once the package has been registered with Australia Post we are no longer liable for any accidents caused by the Australia Post service and any complaints should be directed to them. We assure you the package will be in perfect condition when accepted by Australia Post.

Returns.

We know you will enjoy our coffee as many thousands have before you, but please understand that we cannot accept returns based on the VERY unlikely event of you not enjoying our coffee!
